Index of Sexual Harassment

(ISH)

The ISH is designed to measure the severity of sexual harassment as seen by the respondent. Scores range from 0 to 100 where higher scores indicate greater amounts of sexual harassment. All of the items on the ISH scale represent behaviors that have been found to be illegal in a court of law.


Client Satisfaction Inventory

(CSI)

The CSI is designed to measure the degree of satisfaction clients experience with respect to services provided to them by human services agencies and practitioners. Scores range from 0 to 100 where higher scores indicate greater degrees of client satisfaction. This scale is available in the 25-item long form or a 10-item short form.

Client Satisfaction Inventory - Spanish

(CSI-SP)

El CSI-SP (Spanish version) está diseñado para medir el grado de satisfacción de los clientes con respecto a los servicios que les brindan las agencias de servicios humanos y los profesionales. Los puntajes oscilan entre 0 y 100, donde los puntajes más altos indican mayores grados de satisfacción del cliente. Esta versión en español fue proporcionada por Dr. Steven L. McMurtry.

Index of Managerial Effectiveness

(IME)

The IME scale is designed to measure the severity of problems in managerial ability as seen by the respondent. Scores range from 0 to 100 where higher scores indicate greater problems with the managerial ability of the rated manager or supervisor.


Index of Job Satisfaction

(IJS)

The IJS scale is designed to measure the degree of satisfaction an employee feels in relationship to her or his current employment situation. Scores range from 0 to 100 where higher scores indicate greater degrees of job satisfaction.
